Soured milk, almost Kefir…

Ok, most of people living in western Europe would throw it straight away, taking it as a spoiled, fermented, bad smelly milk. Not here. This is natural soured milk made out of natural milk produced by grass feed cow. This is delicious, great deal of nutritients and all around goodness. There was ca. 5 liters of it ready to be drinked or slurped. Biig thanks goes to Tomek for sharing his cup and stories with me.
